Text Message Terms
These terms explain when State 48 Credit may text you, what those messages may contain, and how you can stop them.
Effective and last updated: August 20, 2026
1. When You Consent to Text Messages
If you provide a mobile number and select text messaging, check a text-consent box, or otherwise ask State 48 Credit to communicate with you by text, you authorize State 48 Credit to send text messages to the number you provided about your inquiry, free review, requested service information, scheduling, follow-up, or an existing customer relationship.
You represent that the mobile number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase State 48 Credit services. You may choose phone or email contact instead when those options are available.
Submitting a website form or consenting to text messages does not create a paid service agreement. Paid credit repair services require a separate written agreement.
3. Types of Messages
Depending on your request and relationship with State 48 Credit, text messages may include:
- A response to a consultation or website inquiry.
- Scheduling or appointment coordination.
- Questions needed to understand the issue you asked about.
- Follow-up about a requested service or service option.
- Customer-service or relationship messages connected to an existing matter.
- Other messages you specifically request or authorize.
State 48 Credit does not use website text consent as permission to send unrelated third-party marketing.
4. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and interaction with State 48 Credit. State 48 Credit does not charge you for receiving our text messages, but your mobile carrier's message, data, roaming, or other rates may apply.
Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt Out
Where reply texting is available, you may also use another clear revocation such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
You may also opt out by emailing hello@state48credit.com or calling (602) 377-6626.
After an opt-out request, State 48 Credit may send a limited confirmation message acknowledging the request. An opt-out from optional texts does not prevent legally required notices or communications you separately request through another channel.
6. Help
For help, reply HELP where reply texting is available, email hello@state48credit.com, or call (602) 377-6626.
7. Privacy
Information collected through website forms and related communications is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, full account numbers, payment-card information, or unredacted credit reports by text unless State 48 Credit has specifically provided an appropriate secure method and instructed you to use it.
8. Changes to These Text Message Terms
We may update these terms if our messaging practices, technology, carriers, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
