Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of State48Credit.com. They do not replace the separate written agreement and consumer disclosures required before paid credit repair services begin.
Effective and last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using State48Credit.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These Terms apply to website access, website content, and website forms. A separate written agreement governs paid State 48 Credit services.
2. Website Purpose and Service Area
State48Credit.com provides information about State 48 Credit, credit repair services, consumer-report issues, service options, pricing, documented client results, and ways to request a free review.
State 48 Credit is Phoenix-based, with Arizona as its home market and primary website focus. State 48 Credit also accepts nationwide remote inquiries. Availability of paid services outside Arizona can depend on the consumer’s location, the services requested, applicable law, and the written agreement offered for that matter.
References to mortgages, auto financing, housing, bank accounts, credit cards, business goals, or other financial outcomes do not mean State 48 Credit is a lender, mortgage broker, bank, credit union, landlord, insurer, government agency, consumer reporting agency, or law firm.
3. Website Use Does Not Create a Credit Repair Service Contract
Submitting a website form, requesting a free review, calling, texting, emailing, or browsing the site does not by itself create a paid credit repair relationship or obligate you to purchase services.
Paid credit repair services are available only under a separate written agreement that describes the services, price, performance-period or timing information, applicable consumer rights, cancellation rights, and other required terms. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the paid services covered by that agreement.
These website Terms are not intended to waive, limit, replace, or shorten a right that cannot legally be waived.
4. Credit Repair and Consumer Rights
You can review and dispute information on your consumer reports yourself. You are not required to hire State 48 Credit or another credit repair company to dispute inaccurate information.
Federal law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act, regulates credit repair organizations and requires specific written disclosures and contract terms. State and local requirements can also apply depending on the consumer and service location. These website Terms do not replace statutory notices or signed service documents.
For official federal consumer information, review the Federal Trade Commission’s Fixing Your Credit FAQs and the FTC’s Credit Repair Organizations Act resource.
5. No Guaranteed Deletions, Scores, Approvals, or Timelines
State 48 Credit does not guarantee that a specific account, inquiry, collection, charge-off, late payment, repossession, bankruptcy reporting, medical collection, ChexSystems entry, or other item will be deleted or corrected.
State 48 Credit does not guarantee a credit-score increase, mortgage approval, auto approval, rental approval, bank-account approval, credit-card approval, business-financing approval, interest rate, financing term, underwriting outcome, security-deposit amount, or completion date.
Website case studies describe individual past outcomes. Another consumer’s reports, documentation, furnishers, investigations, and results can be different.
6. Your Responsibilities When Using the Website
You agree to provide truthful information that you are authorized to provide. You may not use State48Credit.com to impersonate another person, submit false information, attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with website security, send malicious code, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Do not submit a Social Security number, full date of birth, credit-report number, full account number, login credential, password, payment-card information, or unredacted consumer report through a public website form.
7. Calls, Text Messages, Email, and Electronic Communications
If you submit a website request, State 48 Credit may respond using the contact information and contact preference you provide. Choosing text messaging or consenting to text contact authorizes State 48 Credit to communicate with you about your request as described in our Text Message Terms.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply. You can request that optional texts stop by replying STOP where reply texting is available or by contacting State 48 Credit directly.
8. Website Pricing and Service Descriptions
Website prices, package descriptions, add-ons, and service summaries help visitors compare options. The actual scope, price, payment terms, and services for a client are governed by the written service agreement applicable to that client.
State 48 Credit may change website pricing or service descriptions prospectively. A website change does not retroactively alter a signed agreement unless the parties validly agree otherwise.
9. Third-Party Websites and Resources
The site may link to government agencies, consumer reporting agencies, educational resources, lenders, financial institutions, or other third-party websites. Those sites are controlled by their respective operators, not State 48 Credit.
A link does not mean State 48 Credit owns, controls, endorses, is endorsed by, or is affiliated with the third party.
10. Intellectual Property
State48Credit.com, including its original text, graphics, branding, layout, photographs, icons, design elements, and software, is owned by State 48 Credit or used with permission unless otherwise indicated.
You may view, print, or save reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, systematically copy, or create a competing commercial work from protected website material without permission except as allowed by law.
11. Prohibited Website Use
- Do not use the site to commit fraud, identity theft, harassment, or another unlawful act.
- Do not submit information about another consumer without authorization.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or validation systems.
- Do not introduce malware, automated abuse, denial-of-service traffic, or malicious code.
- Do not misrepresent State 48 Credit’s services, results, affiliations, or website content.
- Do not use website content to make a false statement to a consumer reporting agency, creditor, lender, bank, landlord, or other person.
12. Website Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as available” basis for general informational and business purposes. Laws, reporting practices, lender standards, bureau procedures, third-party websites, and individual circumstances can change.
Nothing on the website is legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, a lending decision, an underwriting decision, or a promise of a particular credit outcome. Individual client cases should not be treated as predictions of another person’s result.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, State 48 Credit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on general website content.
This section does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived and does not replace a liability provision in a separate signed service agreement.
14. Governing Law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where another law must apply or a consumer has a non-waivable right to another forum or remedy.
Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives a right to a jury trial unless a separate valid agreement expressly says otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the website, services, service area, legal requirements, or business practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
