Do not enter a Social Security number, full date of birth, credit-report number, full account number, login credential, password, payment-card information, or unredacted consumer report into a public website form.

Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, request headers, browser or device information, page requests, timestamps, and error or security events. This information may be used to deliver the site, protect forms, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and maintain website security.
The public website uses browser local storage to remember your light-or-dark theme preference. At the effective date of this Policy, the public site does not contain third-party advertising pixels or Google Analytics. No website, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send sensitive consumer-report documents or account credentials through public website forms.

You may contact us to ask what website-submitted personal information we maintain about you, request a correction, request deletion where appropriate, update a contact preference, or ask us to stop optional communications. Requests are evaluated consistent with applicable law, legitimate business needs, recordkeeping duties, and any service agreement that applies.

10. Children’s Privacy
State48Credit.com is intended for adults seeking information about credit-report and related consumer-report issues. It is not directed to children under 13, and State 48 Credit does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the website.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, service providers, analytics tools, communication practices, service area, or legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page will show the latest revision.
